I just realized that I didn’t pick up my camera nearly enough this month. I took the month of December and January off from sessions to spend time with my family and get organized for the new year. I didn’t realize I neglected my camera so much… or maybe I just gave my children a break because I have been photographing objects for photo challenges that I am participating. So here is warning to my children (but they don’t read my blog… shoot two of them don’t even know how to read lol) anyway I am coming for you Nikon in hand ::insert evil laugh here::

Las Vegas Wedding Photographer

I would like to introduce one of many new Zuzu Pets Skunky!! My daughter has been begging for a hamster (yea not going to happen). I told her they are smelly, poop every where, make tons of noise at night and they are smelly… oh wait already said that. So someone mentioned getting her a Zuzu Pet. Well if Haylee gets one the boys get one… just how it works around here. The fighting that would happen if Haylee got one and the boys didn’t… oh my!! So anyway we have three of these lovely things in our home now. What someone failed to mention was that these little pets are ANNOYING!! Seriously will the batteries in them just die already!! I may hide them tonight. Okay probably not but the thought has crossed my mind many times.

Simple. PFFFFTTTT yeah this weeks challenge was anything but SIMPLE!! I went to dictionary.com many times to read through all the definitions of simple. I had a couple of ideas but my children wouldn’t cooperate. So I thought I would photograph something in my home that was simple yet pretty. So here you have it my ‘simple’ picture.

oh and I almost just photographed my computer screen with the word ‘nothing’ because seriously there are days where NOTHING seems SIMPLE lol
